Each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you — which means a missed appointment is an opening another patient in pain couldn't access.

New patients are required to complete online paperwork before their visit. Appointments where paperwork has not been submitted at least 2 hours prior may be released and offered to another patient.

New patients who miss their appointment without notice may be charged a $40 cancellation fee. We appreciate the heads-up, even if it's same-day.
