Every service at Life in Motion is available as a standalone treatment or combined within a single visit — whichever your condition requires. Dr. Dockery determines the appropriate combination based on your exam findings, not a standard protocol.

The foundation of everything we do.
Dr. Dockery uses a range of evidence-informed chiropractic techniques — including diversified manipulation, drop-table, soft tissue work, and COX flexion-distraction for disc conditions — selected based on your specific structural and neurological exam findings. Every adjustment is preceded by a diagnosis. Nothing is applied by default.
DNS-trained movement assessment identifies the underlying stability pattern driving your pain — so adjustments address the source of the problem, not just the location of it.
Advanced TechnologyClass IV Laser Therapy
The LightForce FXi 15W — one of the most powerful clinical lasers available.
High-powered Class IV laser therapy uses concentrated photonic energy to accelerate tissue healing at a cellular level. Photobiomodulation increases ATP production, reduces inflammatory cytokines, promotes collagen synthesis, and stimulates nerve regeneration — producing effects that are clinically measurable, not subjective.
Particularly effective for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical recovery, nerve pain, and cases where standard manipulation alone has reached its limits.
Soft TissueMassage Therapy
More than relaxation — targeted soft tissue work that supports chiropractic outcomes.
Our licensed massage therapist offers a full range of therapeutic modalities including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and prenatal massage. When combined with chiropractic care in the same visit, massage prepares the soft tissue for adjustment and extends the duration of treatment effects.
Massage can also be scheduled as a standalone appointment for muscle tension, stress-related discomfort, headaches, or post-activity recovery.
Insurance AcceptedAuto Accident Therapy
Whiplash and collision injuries treated from day one — with proper documentation.
Injuries sustained in auto accidents often don’t produce symptoms immediately — and when they do, the pain patterns can be diffuse and confusing. Dr. Dockery provides comprehensive assessment and treatment for whiplash, cervical sprain/strain, soft tissue injuries, and the neurological symptoms that commonly follow motor vehicle accidents.
Auto insurance and no-fault coverage are accepted. Dr. Dockery provides the clinical documentation needed to support your recovery and any related insurance claims.

Assessment First, Always
No treatment is recommended without a thorough structural and neurological evaluation. Your exam findings determine your care plan — not your diagnosis label or what was done at your last chiropractic office.
The Right Tool for the Actual Problem
Chiropractic, laser, massage, and rehabilitation are each selected based on what your condition requires. Some presentations call for all four in the same visit. Others need one specific modality applied precisely.
Measurable Goals — Not Open-Ended Care
Every treatment plan includes objective milestones so progress is trackable. You’ll know what improvement looks like, when you’ve hit the target, and what to do to maintain the result.
Take-Home Rehabilitation
In-office treatment corrects restriction and initiates healing. Customized home exercises — accessible through the Rehab Library anytime — prevent the problem from returning. Recovery happens between visits, not only during them.
