How to Perform the Supine Torso Rotation:

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Inhale deeply through your nose and fill your stomach to engage your core
  3. Slowly rotate both knees to one side, keeping your shoulders flat on the ground
  4. Alternate and rotate both knees to the opposite side, all while maintaining the abdominal brace from step 2
  5. Rotate your head in the opposite direction as your knees for a deeper stretch
  6. Repeat for 10-15 reps per side
